Our free technical support ensures the smooth operation of your website for all tools and services provided by iServices. This does not cover issues caused by external factors, user errors, hardware failures on the client's side, or third-party interventions in the site's code. Additional requests for new features or modifications will be billed separately after client notification and acceptance.
Preventive Technical Support for Websites
Our technicians will perform regular checks on your website (every two months). If necessary, they will send written feedback to the website administrators and carry out updates (WordPress, theme, plugins) as needed.
Annual Cost (pre-purchased)
Preventive Technical Support + SEO Check
This includes periodic checks and written feedback, as well as biannual SEO performance evaluations and necessary adjustments (e.g., title, description, H1). Note that content writing is not included.

Permanent Technical Support + SEO Check
In addition to preventive checks and updates, this package offers support for content posting issues or technical matters as they arise. Cost varies based on pre-purchased annual technical support hours (excluding preventive tasks).
Comprehensive Support Package (Technical & Digital Marketing)
This includes all preventive support activities along with social media promotional activities (2-3 or daily posts per week), content creation, and SEO optimization as required. Cost varies based on pre-purchased hours of annual technical support (excluding preventive tasks) and the frequency of promotional activities.
Customized Support Package
Tailored to your specific needs, this package can include any of the above services, plus additional tasks such as content writing, multimedia creation, targeted SEO optimizations, social media support, and promotional actions via Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Costs are based on requested tasks and hours of support.

Moodle Technical Support Packages
Our technicians periodically check your Moodle platform (every two months) and will provide written feedback and necessary updates.

This includes regular checks and updates, along with support for content posting issues or technical matters as they arise. It includes hours of technical support per year, excluding preventive support hours chosen for pre-purchase.
